The principle of operation: The
exhaust heat is transferred from the dryer to fresh air or water, and the pollutants
are condensed and filtered out of the exhaust air. The thermal energy can then
be recycled to the finishing range or utilised elsewhere (e.g. for heating up
industrial water or for factory heating) The
advantages: Energy savings up to 30%; shortest
possible return on investment; the maximum emission levels for exhaust air, as
prescribed by law, are complied with and frequently even fallen short of; can
be retrofitted to existing machines The
benefits: Less environmental pollution, reduced
energy costs Advanced technology to reduce environmental pollution.
Close co-operation with chemical works and dye
manufacturers, especially in the wet-finishing sector Our
aim: To develop machines on which excellent
quality results can be achieved, whilst at the same time minimising environmental
pollution Savings in water, chemicals and energy, e.g. thanks to fully automatic
dispensing and preparation stations, by applying counterflow principle for the
liquor, by using environmentally friendly recipes, etc. |
