A CMS of the Compact Class is extremely efficient for Fully Fashion. Coarse stitches for a high-quality hand-knit look? No problem. One model is even equipped with split additional beds - for extremely productive narrowing cycles with fabrics knitted with all needles.

7 models: Working widths of 45", 50", 72" or 84". 2, 3, 4 or 2 + 2 knitting systems.
Gauges from E 3 to E 18. With take-down comb and clamping/cutting unit.

ith a working width of 50"/127 cm and two systems, the low-cost CMS 520 offers everything you'd expect from CMS technology. It guarantees economical knitting with a large variety of patterns and gauges from E5 to E18. Your advantage: A large variety of patterns with extremely short setup and adjustment times. And it can be converted to the CMS 520 multi gauge.

With a gauge range from E5 to E18, a working width of 50"/127 cm and three systems, the CMS 530 also knits complex patterns quickly and highly productively. It enables an optimal combination of "knit/transfer/knit" with structured, distribution and racking patterns. That makes it ideal for high-level, flexible production, even when knitting intarsia patterns. Extremely short setup and adjustment times. An outstanding benefit when binding-off is the 4" racking as "standard". And it can be converted to the CMS 530 multi gauge.

The two divided additional beds of the CMS 530 T make narrowing even more productive. That especially increases economy for cable and aran patterns and during binding-off. It's particularly well-suited for narrowing operations with an unlimited width, diagonally-running stitch groups, cables and cable formations in double jersey fabrics. And the transfer element in the dividing area prevents empty carriage strokes.

With the CMS 822 you can simultaneously knit two Fully Fashion pieces in the tandem mode with up to 2 x 42"/2 x 107 cm. Coupled carriages enable an enormous working width of up to 84"/213 cm, and as a result extra-large sizes in XXL. If necessary, the machine can be converted to a CMS 822 multi gauge or CMS 822 knit and wear configuration.
