POWER-COMPACT COMBI - maximum flexibility and productivity with BRUCKNER's new universal compactor
For 6 years the systems supplier BRUCKNER offers also compacting machines. In this period, BRUCKNER sold with great success already 50 machines for woven and knitted fabric. Now BRUCKNER takes with its universal compactor POWER-COMPACT COMBI one innovative step further: BRUCKNER's universal compactor allows the flexible finishing of both, knitted and woven fabric and it is possible to achieve very different effects.

Maximum flexibility made by BRUCKNER: The new POWER-COMPACT COMBI universal compactor allows to compact optimally both, knitted and woven fabrics.
The BRUCKNER line has one straightener, one equalizing zone and a combination of rubber belt and felt compacting calender. The universal BRUCKNER POWER-COMPACT COMBI compactor allows the compacting of knitted and woven fabric. The universal compactor achieves unsurpassed production volumes with production speeds between 30 - 45 m/min.
Flexible possibilities of use
ĦE A new moistening system has been integrated into the pre-stenter zone and allows a particularly intense fabric moisture which is steplessly adjustable via PLC.
ĦE The fabric control allows the introduction to both compacting stations with particularly low tension and offers at the same time good accessibility for maintenance works.
ĦE As required, compacting can be made with the rubber-belt compactor or the felt compacting calender or with both units operated in line. The felt compacting calender can be used also as classical calender behind the sanforizing process by reducing the compacting effect.
