GmbH & Co. and Santoni Spa, several spectacular
and sizzling knitwear demonstrations were held in
this year's DG Knit Expo (Dongguan Knitting Industry - Sweater, Embroidery, Garment and Industry Expo).

Seven collections were shown at the show, presenting a full spectrum of sweaters and seamless
underwear.

pattern preparation systems and perfectly designed
machines for every application.

Preparation Systems. The new pattern workstation M1 from Stoll makes pattern creation quicker,
easier and better structured than ever before.

The seven collections showcased at the fashion show were:

Group1

The Stoll produced 320TC and 330TC machines, suitable for knitting with 3" to 12" thick and thin gauges. The machines make it possible to cut and to form in one easy step. The characteristics of the machines are completed with a special pile cam, enabling an operator to knit with a fine 'pile' effect. As to the materials, mohair yarns are added to highlight the fluffy effects of the pile, producing items that are elegant, poised, and which retain heat well.

Group2

The first characteristic of this series is the double fabric effect, the second is multi-needle space, reverse needle effect, and the third a multi-space changing effect on the fabric.

These functions depend on the computer CMS machine modeled 330TC-R, which brings the highest technological innovations to designs. It can produce, for example, the finest, most delicate embroidery designs for garment collars.

Opening sensually, slash designs on the sleeve and elbow combine ancient fashion accents with modern fashion. Colours are matched cleanly and well. All combines to produce garments of seamless quality and fashion.

Group3

Stoll's CMS machines are heavy in weight with steady machine heads producing a clean, beautiful stitch. It is this feature that is highlighted in this group. Furthermore, multiplayer knitting enables knitting with thick or thin needles, using 7 needles, ring stitch and multi-gauge knitting. The result is a richly layered texture that is uniquely eye-catching.

Bold innovation in the use of yarns with natural style enables fabrics to hang freely and naturally. The use of different viscose yarns add glossiness and brightness.

Group4

These small vests in various styles are mostly of reverse loop style, completed with multi-needle spacing and formed in one step on the Stoll 330 TC. The resulting streakiness, twisting patterns, perforated garments with hollowed-out effects are lively. Implicit in the design is the possibility for using both thick and narrow gauge needles together, a facility much admired by designers.

No matter how straightforward or complicated the pattern, Stoll ingenuity and technology simplify the creation process into a simple, easy operation.

Group5

The graceful bearing of Stoll 340TC-is highlighted in this series. As to machine types - models 6.2, 5.2, 3.52 and 2.52 can complete wedge shapes with multi-needle technology. Added functions are connected turndown collars and v-neck collars. Furthermore, this series can knit transverse backward types which combine beauty and comfort in one, easy step.

Knit & Wear function are available from the 330TC to340TC. The 50" capability of the machine can be used to knit vests, skirts and hanging skirts. The CMS machine with its 72" capability can be used to knit long sleeve garments and long sleeved dresses among other things. The machines have many selections and functions.

Group6
